Inaugural Lecture | European Research Area Chair, ‘MusicAnalytica’
ERA Chair holder Richard Cohn (Yale University) will deliver the Inaugural Lecture of the EU project MusicAnalytica, entitled ‘Musical Metre in the Mind: A History’, tracing the long and complex history of how the emergence of musical meter has been represented and outlining today’s interdisciplinary perspective.
The conference is in-person only and will take place on 25th September at 3 p.m. in Auditorium III of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities of the University of Coimbra. Admission free; all welcome.

A conferência é apenas presencial e terá lugar no dia 25 de setembro, às 15 horas, no Auditório III da Faculdade de Letras da Universidade de Coimbra. A entrada é livre.
